Holistic Kink Coaching is a private 1:1 somatic coaching practice based in Houston, Texas. The work is consent-forward, trauma-informed, and rooted in tantric practice and somatic embodiment.
What BDSM means here
In this practice, BDSM stands for Bondage Directed Somatic Medicine™ — a body-based modality that may include rope work, restraint, sensation, breath work, and presence practices in service of somatic exploration. It is not a performance or a fetish practice. It is a healing modality.
Sessions and Lessons
Sessions are experiences. Lessons are learning. Both happen in a contained one-on-one space between you and a facilitator. Sessions open slowly. Lessons build skill. Both start at the comfortable end of the spectrum and move at your pace.

Neither facilitator is a licensed therapist or medical provider. Sessions and lessons are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or clinical care. If you are working through trauma or a mental health concern, keep your licensed providers in the loop.
