Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 15, 2026. These terms are being finalized under legal review and may be updated.
We hold time specifically for you, so timing matters. Our standard policy:
- Cancel 48 or more hours before your session: full refund.
- Cancel 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
- Rescheduling: free if you reschedule at least 48 hours ahead — no extra charge.
- Comp or donation-based sessions: nothing to refund, since no payment was taken.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and may take a few business days to appear. We may make exceptions at our discretion for emergencies or special circumstances. If HKC cancels a session, you'll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
