Terms of Service

1. What HKC is. Holistic Kink Coaching is a private, adults-only holistic education and somatic coaching practice. Sessions are facilitated experiences rooted in rope, sensation, breath, and presence practices. HKC does not provide medical care, mental-health diagnosis or treatment, massage therapy, or sexual services, and nothing here is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. By using HKC, you confirm this.

3. Bookings & payment. Sessions are booked and paid in advance through the site. Pricing is for the facilitator's time, skill, and the structured experience — not for any specific physical activity. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Cancellation & refunds. Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated here by reference.

5. Consent, safety & assumption of risk. Participation is voluntary and consent-based; you may pause, adjust, or stop at any time. You agree to arrive sober and to complete an honest health intake, and facilitators may pause or end a session if consent or safety is in question. These activities carry inherent risks, which you acknowledge and accept as detailed in the intake waiver you sign, incorporated here by reference.

6. Conduct. Treat facilitators and the community with respect. Harassment, boundary violations, dishonesty about health or sobriety, or non-payment may result in suspension or removal.

7. Intellectual property. HKC's methodology, curriculum, and content are owned by HKC and provided for your personal use only; please don't copy or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Holistic Kink Coaching LLC and its facilitators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, and you participate voluntarily and assume the inherent risks described in your signed intake waiver. 9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
